Question about Apple Mac Mini - 2023
Which monitors other than Apple's actually fit this? The M1 series apparently had difficulties with some hardware.

Actually, there shouldn't be any problems connecting screens, because the Apple Mac Mini has USB-C (Thunderbolt) and HDMI. I would definitely use a 4K 3840 x 2160 pixel display with it, i.e. not two smaller ones, and also not a widescreen display, because they are often 34 inches and usually only have 3440 x 1440 pixels.
My suggestion would be a 32 inch model, e.g. like these, which have a height-adjustable base and also many connections, including USB-C.
