Which AWG standard does the cable meet? (https://itinfra.datwyler.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/awg_tabelle_0713_d.pdf). And is the cable PoE-compatible (for AccessPoints up to 26.4Watt)?

In principle, any network cable is suitable for PoE.
