Hi.
First of all, it depends on what kind of gas cylinder ;-)
The hob has - also according to the operating instructions - a 1/2 inch gas connection.
I used a copper transition piece from 1/2 "R female to 1/4 "R male to connect a connection hose for a propane bottle, which is common in Germany. Not found in the DIY store, but bought from a German dealer on a relevant trading platform. Certainly also available in a special camping market.
for operation with the propane bottle, the gas nozzles in the hob must also be changed (these are included).
