Question about Microsoft Office 365 Personnel

The French button is indeed missing (maybe out of stock).
But the language doesn't matter, it's only the text on the packaging and the instructions that are at fault.
I always choose the cheapest language and when downloading I choose French.
I have never understood why the price differs according to the language (maybe more important license purchases).

Your comment is useless and wrong.
It was already in the answer and here we are talking about Office 365 personal or family.
The choice of language must be made before downloading, after that it's too late.
You should also know that you can download and reinstall as many times as you want.
