Where can I get the right battery for the Zyxel LTE3302? Thank you in advance.

One of our customers reported:
"I operate the Zyxel LTE3320 without battery, directly on the power as WAN failover. In the event of a power failure, the emergency power supply is provided via UPS.
I have already asked myself the same question. According to the official distributor for Switzerland, Studerus AG, the availability of the optional battery for LTE3302 is still being clarified at Zyxel and could not yet be confirmed.
