where can i find the code to redeem the file, i only received a licence key and it doesn't work
Go on Adobe, register, download program and activate it. There is a redeem option to get the activation code with the one you have
It is actually not a licence key but an activation key at Adobe. You have to create an account with Adobe, then you can download and activate the product via the key! Unfortunately, this is not visible on the order in the DigitecShop.
