What kind of power supply does the Bluetooth audio receiver use? Is there a possible replacement with a USB port (For use in the car)?

This receiver only comes with a mains adapter. As an alternative, this model could be considered:
TP-LINK HA100 (receiver)
Connection to the car radio: via 3.5mm jack - cinch cable or via Bluetooth.
