Question about Primewire CAT.7 network cable flat - Ethernet Gigabit Lan cable RJ45 - patch cable - comp. CAT.5 CAT.6 CAT.8

What kind of connector has been used on this cable? I have to cut off the plug and put on a new one and I don't want any loss of performance. Is it a normal RJ45 crimp plug?
