Question about Electrolux Chill Flex Pro

I'm not a professional but the title says heat output BTU/h and volume of the room. I don't know why the weaker one is more expensive. Maybe quieter or smaller. But I don't feel like reading through all the specs. And these parameters don't play a role for me personally.
