What is the difference between this and the Spraymount spray?

The Remount adhesive is removable (like a Post-it). Very good for making adhesive mats for the plotter.
Can I use it on a flipchart to stick notes on and then remove them again? Can I roll up the fliochart and stick the notes back on when I need it again?
