Even AVM probably doesn't know the difference... Since the device does not have a modem, the addition International is irrelevant from my point of view.
I have been using the FB4690-Int 2003098 for about 2 weeks without any problems.
According to older information from Alltron, 2003098 was a Provider Edition, which makes absolutely no sense without a modem...
