Question about Xiaomi Mi Temperature and Humidity Monitor 2

I use the Xiaomi Mi with the Home Assistant. With this, the values can be recorded and integrated into the automation.

Exactly, I own the device: it doesn't need a hub, the smartphone is enough to read out the values.

As far as I know, there is none, the device connects via Bluetooth with the MI app on the mobile phone.
Otherwise, it has a display for reading the values.
