Question about Microsoft Windows 10 Home

What are the disadvantages of this version compared to a full version? I see above all that this version is cheaper, "only" German and "only" for 64 bit. I wouldn't need more anyway. Some people talk about the lack of telephone support from Microsoft, others about the licence being tied to hardware (especially the mainboard), so that it cannot be reused on a new PC or with new hardware. What is true now? In addition, I keep reading that licences of the same scope can be purchased legally abroad at much lower prices without any losses. Is this true? Thanks for the clarification

Keys are not licences! I advise against cheap key resellers, as they usually cannot provide proof of who the licence holder is.
Comparison:
- You are the owner of the flat and have a key to the flat = licence.
- You only have the key to the flat, but you are not the flat owner (=tenant or owner) = key.

As far as I know (information with reservation), OEM versions may only be sold with new hardware. In short: New mainboard, new Windows. However, Switzerland (for once not alone, in Germany too) is an exception.
OEM versions may not otherwise be sold by dealers.

First of all, the costs: You can buy both versions on the Internet as an OEM key and thus save about 100.
The Home version lacks administration tools such as remote desktop or direct user administration. Since you can get the Pro version for only 15.- (Home = 10.-), I would recommend it right away. If you ever have problems, it may be that one of these additional functions will help you find a solution.
