What are the dimensions of the connectors? can one of the two sides be pulled through an m20 or m25 installation pipe?

No, even the larger tube inner diameter of just over 18mm is too small.
Dimension of the "small" connector (Connectbox side): 24.5mm x 13mm. Measured across the corner approx. 27mm
