Does anyone happen to know what is required to integrate this receiver into the Sonos system and if there is a good runtime control so that the sound is in sync?

Various devices such as sonos can be added using the onkyo app. I don't have sonos myself, but the way I got to know the app will work perfectly.

You need a Sonos port for this to work. Then you can switch the receiver on and off via the Sonos app and play Sonos sources through it. I haven't read anywhere that the receiver can be accessed directly via the Sonos app and the user manual doesn't say anything like that either.

Hello

I don't use the receiver with Sonos myself.

The product description says the following.

The next-generation network audio uses Chromecast built-in, is compatible with Sonos, AirPlay 2 and DTS Play-Fi, and offers streaming services for smooth multi-room audio thanks to support for the new high-speed 802.11ac (2x2 MIMO) Wi-Fi specification.

I assume this will work flawlessly.

Hope this was helpful.

Greetings
