We have bought the MDK11. It works so far, but the touch screen or the touch control unit reacts poorly: time and humidity setting. On and off works fine so far, but the other units only react if you run your fingers over them with wet fingers. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem, have bought 2 devices and both have the problem...

The buttons didn't work for me either, the appliance has been at the service centre for a week and I'm hoping for a credit note. The appliance is also far too loud for the living area.
In the meantime, there are pictures of a completely different appliance in the shop with different buttons and apparently also 2 fan strengths. The manufacturer must have made some improvements...

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. Only the On/Off button works. All other buttons cannot be operated at all. I will return the device.
