Question about Victorinox Couper les ciseaux

They are Victorinox. Victoria was the name of the brand in 1909, later renamed Victorinox in 1921 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki...) ;).
Otherwise, these scissors are solid and very sharp, and I'm very pleased with them.

I don't know if it's a Victorinox, but the quality is very good.
