Very good, device received, but with German plug! I didn't see this anywhere in the description. Maybe better labelling? May now buy another adapter. But certainly not at galaxus

There's no such thing as buying yourself.

Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. Either with a suitable replacement cable if the mains cable is pluggable. Or alternatively, if the mains cable is permanently connected, with a suitable adapter. Complain to customer service and insist on an adapter, free of charge.

It is not the customer's responsibility to look for a suitable plug, but a problem for Digitec.
