Question about Samsung HW-Q990B

Unfortunately the EN version of the HW-Q990B does not support Chromecast and Google Assistant. However there are other versions available on the market, for example the US (XY) version or the version from France. Is there a way to flash a firmware from another version onto the EN version to bring back the possibly disabled features of Chromecast and Google Assistant? I know it's a hard question, but hopefully there is someone who can give me an answer :)
