This router emits a high-frequency beeping noise and the LEDs flash. So it is suitable for the bedroom.

Completely noiseless. And the tiny blue LEDs only flash occasionally and can be taped off if necessary, as already noted. A very good router, by the way.
You have to mask off the LEDs. But it is completely silent.
