This product is a monumental piece of junk to be avoided, rather buy the tp-link 105e or 108e version instead of this product which is not "smart" (in marketing terms), stinks all the time and does not work properly...

Hi, Stupid question: I have rarely to never seen/heard a switch beep. What exactly is the problem with the connection (and yes, TP-Link is not the highest of feelings, but it is a switch, it should just work)?
