And even if these are not on it, why should Synology refuse to support them?
As long as it is a standardised 3.5" or 2.5" hard drive, I don't see any problems

Hi Anonymous I bought this exact product about 6 months ago. I was able to set it up easily using Youtoube Vides and it works flawlessly. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
There are many very good, free programmes on the Synology platform to use everything.
