Question about Microsoft 365 Family (German)
There is a "Microsoft Office 365 Family" for 59.40 and a "Microsoft Office 365 Family (Download)" for 79.--. It is not clear to me a) What is the difference between the two products or what additional benefits do I have with the "...(Download)" product? Ultimately, everything runs via the cloud. b) If I look at the licence description on the Microsoft website, it says that Access (for PCs) is also included. However, the signet is missing on the package. Is Access really included in the above products? Thank you very much!
And it actually makes (no) sense to buy such a subscription, you are always online and online there is all the Office software to use you only need a Microsoft account, the data are anyway in the cloud and OneDrive is also free up to 5Gb, you need more than 5Gb storage on the cloud, then yes with the purchased version are 1Tb available.
We have had Microsoft Office Family 365 for years and Access has always been included. Why this should no longer be the case would be unknown to me...
The cheaper product is only in German. The other one in 4 languages. I myself don't like having online versions. You can keep the code that comes in the mail handy. However, either way you need a Microsoft account to activate Office. The code is stored there for a year. Online you can register all your devices and also assign them to other family members.
