Question about HP Pro Mini 400 G9

There are two HP Pro Mini 400 G9 products for CHF 697 and CHF 911 respectively. At first glance, I don't understand the price difference. Can someone please explain this?

If you compare both products, you will see that the cheaper PC is obviously an import product from Germany.
This becomes obvious when you look at the manufacturer's numbers.
