The stick is connected to a PC with USB 2 in the front port. However, it only connects to 2.4 GHz, it does not recognise the 5 GHz, although it is of course available, as all other devices in the same room connect to 5 GHz.

I have Windows 11 on my PC. During installation, a message came up saying that this operating system is not compatible.
