Question about Lexon Flip Premium
The snooze function does not work. If I tap the cover when the alarm goes off, nothing happens and the alarm simply continues. Is this a known problem?

we have 2 of these alarm clocks, one is also more difficult. it switches off after several attempts at different points. the other is problem-free
