Question about Dreame D10 Plus
The side brush on my hoover is turning in the wrong direction. Does anyone have this problem and can perhaps help me?
It is correct if the brush rotates anti-clockwise when viewed from the direction of travel. Does it rotate clockwise in your case?
I assume this is on a new hoover? Then complain to Galaxus and have it replaced.
