The router has security software for which a fee is charged. - Is it mandatory to use this or can I save the recurring costs? - Is it possible to restrict access or use via the MAC addresses, as is the case with other routers? Thank you for your answers

The router can also be configured normally via the IP address, like any other router. It should be mentioned that it does not currently work with Safari 15.1, as the implemented SLL certificate is not recognised by Safari and cannot be bypassed. However, with other browsers, e.g. Chrome, it works without any problems. The Insight app can also be used after the end of the test phase, but a maximum of 2 devices can be managed via it.
