Question about Hutt DDC55

It also happened to me 1-2 times, but after I took it off the window again and placed it almost at the top or somewhere else, it continued. It's probably just confused ;-)

I haven't had this problem yet, so I would recommend searching the Internet (DDC55 problem persists, possibly also in English with various search engines) to see if anyone has had this problem; if you can't find it there, see if the manufacturer has a support page.
