Question about Microsoft Office 2016 Home and Student

The product description says: Mac OS X compatible from 10.12 (Sierra). According to Microsoft and if I look closely at the picture, it says OSX 10.10. Since I can only use Yosemite on my Mac, I would need an Office version that is compatible with OSX 10.10. Does this product work?

When a new version of macOS is released, the Office 2019 for Mac Operating System requirement becomes the then-current three most recent versions: the new version of macOS and the previous versions. Also indem Fall nur noch bis High Sierra. Habe selber festgestellt, dass die ursprüngliche Version noch mit Yosemite funktionierte, dann nach dem Update aber nicht mehr. Office 2011 läuft noch bis Mohave.
