Hello , also I do not saw the earth to fit it is not advisable in Switzerland . But generally at purchase I always check if the fitting is European or Swiss type, as clearly stated in the product description. If it was a seller's mistake, you can safely return it, but even if it was your mistake you can do so. But in this case you will receive the amount back minus 10% I think, Digitec's policy.
