The picture shows 4 HDMI connections, the specifications say 7. What is the difference to the YAMAHA TSR-400? Are the speakers included?

No boxes are included with the TSR-400. USA TSR-400 = EU RX-V4A

I cannot answer the difference. The device has 4 HDMI connections. The speakers are included.
