The MICROSOFT 365 Family, 1 Year Subscription Version for 1 year -> CHF 79.- is much cheaper, isn't it? Why then buy for 15 months at 129.-?

The 129.- is for 12 + 15 months, so 2 years 3 months. I just bought and set it up - it worked without any problems. I now have a subscription until 2025.
