Question about WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra
The message reads "Device my Cloud not found". Could this be because my laptop is connected to my router via the powerline. So laptop via - lan cable - to Powerline (Devolo) - to the router. Does anyone know Thanks

Again, I have now also tried this via wifi. That doesn't work either. The router is the Media Box from UPC. Anyone with experience
