The licence key only arrived after 2 days. The email contained a link with a supposed explanation on how to redeem the code. The link did not lead me to any explanation page. After searching the internet for a free download for almost an hour without success and the customer service (who called back very quickly, by the way) was unable to offer any other solution, I luckily found the download link here in the comments. I couldn't find it directly at buhl either.
I won't be buying anything here again any time soon.
