The illustration does not show 12 + 15 months but 12 + 3 months. What applies now?
illustrations are hardly ever binding. what counts is what is written in the text: thus 12+15 months... by the way, i was able to add it to my current 365 subscription without any problems.
just be patient until the codes arrive. but it also says that it can take up to 24 hours (for me it was just under 30 minutes).
