Question about Galaxus 10 Gbit/s Fiber

The house connection with fibre optics (Swisscom) already exists. Now the home connection and the OTO connection box are still missing. As your provider is Sunrise, I assume that they will also install the home connection? Is this correct and free of charge? Just like Swisscom does. Or do I have to expect costs?

After placing your order, you will be contacted directly by our partner technicians. They will be able to individually assess whether or not additional costs will be incurred. As a rule, the costs are covered by Swisscom as part of the fibre optic expansion.
