Question about TP-Link Tapo C100 Home Security
The hardware version is not visible! I only want V5 (not V1 as supplied). How do I have to order so that I receive the correct version?
I was able to carry out a search and unfortunately the manufacturer uses the same manufacturer numbers and above all EAN codes for the different hardware versions. This makes it logistically impossible for us to guarantee a certain hardware version. As long as there are copies of previous hardware versions in circulation, there is a chance of obtaining such a camera.
