The gearbox on my LW45 is defective: https://www.ersatzteilecenter.de/venta-antrieb-komplett - do you have this? Venta does not deliver to Switzerland.
Galaxus also has the corresponding spare parts on offer.

Yes, I had the same problem. But a call to Venta-Luftwäscher AG, Bösch 65 / Postfach 851.
CH-6331 Hünenberg, Tel. 041 781 15 15, Mr Häfliger solved the problem for me. The gearbox was not defective, but in my case the discs no longer turned, i.e. the transmission of rotation was disturbed. I have prepared a drawing for the repair. If you are interested, just call 056 426 40 09.
