The description of the entire "Silhouette Matt Vinyl" range states: Outdoor and indoor use but on the delivered rolls it says in small print, indoor use only what now?

You are absolutely right, the description is misleading.

Silhouette's website states: "The removable adhesive allows for both indoor and outdoor use. But can also be applied in select outdoor applications".

I think "select outdoor applications" does not mean directly exposed to the weather.
