The depth is given as 40 cm. Is this dimension incl. handle or without? If without, what is the depth incl. handle?

The depth is 42.6 cm and includes protruding knobs/elements.
However, you still have to allow space for the power cable, which cannot be bent as tightly as you like. An additional cm may be needed.
