Thank you very much for the link. If only the first 4 bands could be used and not up to 140, the TL-WA1201 is unusable for me. I have never seen this restriction on any access point/router. If this is the case, it should be described in the specification. I rather think that this is an error in the setup interface software.

Thank you very much for the feedback. No, unfortunately there is not.
Today I tried to log in the TL-WA 1201 as a repeater to a 5GHz router in UNII-2. Unfortunately this does not work either.
It seems that the WA 1201 cannot do DFS and/or TPC and is therefore limited to the UNII-1 ☹...

Can you see if there is a manupoint somewhere with which you can set the country in which the AP is located? Maybe the thing doesn't offer certain channels depending on the country or something. I haven't come across an AP yet that doesn't offer all channels. If that's not the case, look for a firmware update, it could simply be a bug. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else.
