Question about Synology DS920+
Synology DS920+ (at CHF 937.-) - As I understand it, it comes with 4x2TB and 4GB RAM, correct? - Hard disks have to be installed by yourself, no special know how necessary? Tips & Tricks? - Has two M.2 slots, one of which is occupied by 4GB RAM? - Upgrade to a total of 8GB - what 4GB modules will fit'? - Operating system must be loaded by the user, connect laptop with USB cable to DS920+?
1. it says 4x4TB and 4GB RAM.
2. hard disks may already be installed in the bundle. If not, it's easy, just remove the frame, fix the hard drive with 4 screws and slide it in.
3. M.2 slots have nothing to do with RAM and are both free. They description for SSD cache.

5. no the operating system is installed, just connect to the network and set up via web interface or Synology application.
