In series you increase the volts and in parallel the amps.
The maximum voltage of this inverter is 60 volts and the peak power is 29-48 volts.
You can also use 24Volt panels, but they must be exactly the same and have the same orientation and no shading.

If you use 18 volt panels, it works fine.
