Since yesterday evening, there has always been a large puddle of water under the appliance when it is cooling. The water tank has been emptied and the display does not light up either. We have never had this problem before. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

we sent the unit back and it was replaced by Galaxus

Had the same thing, the water came out of all the cracks except where it was supposed to come out, (yes plug removed) The water collected in the upper area and then ran out of the air vents, also at the rotary motor ! and water and electricity are not friends in this case, already had over 10 air conditioners and never had anything like this, sent it back, the air conditioner itself was good but cooled well etc....and the wifi really needs no one now.

If the problem is not of a technical nature, it could also be due to the cooling under the unit falling below the dew point, causing the humidity to condense.
