Question about Adobe Creative Cloud Pro
Since 29.11.21 I have been waiting for the licence key that is supposed to be generated when ordering/paying. To date, I have not received it. Instead, the order says: "Unfortunately, the goods were not delivered to us on time. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be shown here". And from digitec.ch I receive an even more incomprehensible answer when asked. Just generate the licence key I paid for. I don't see why I should have to wait for a delivery. After all, this licence is not physical. Who else has this problem?
