Samsung HW-Q990D or Samsung HW-Q995D or Samsung HW-995GD? Are there any significant differences and why do the three products differ so much in price? Thank you!

What I found out is that the hardware/software is supposed to be identical (according to the Reddit chat, keyword "Q990 D variants"). We decided in favour of the Q990D (approx. 6 months old). It works perfectly.
