Swiss cylinders are usually round, EU cylinders have a different shape... That's the difference.
The Nuki itself is the same in both cases. Only the adapter plate, which is glued onto the door and where the Nuki is clicked onto, is different. As mentioned in the other comment with round hole for Swiss cylinders like Kaba or the other for EU cylinders like BKS in Germany. The adapter plates (there are A for gluing on flat cylinders and B, if the cylinder protrudes a little, for clamping on the cylinder) are also available as accessories in case of doubt.
Locks also come with an A and a B plate.
