Question about LG DSC9S
Question for the group: How have you set the soundbar and TV settings? I'm running it in Orchestra and cinema mode. I have the feeling that the quality is not top notch now. How do you feel?
The room acoustics in your home have the biggest impact. I noticed this massively during my last move.
Sound configuration is only possible if you install the LG app on your smartphone and start the calibration process. In any case, integrating the soundbar into the app was tedious. I never use the soundbar remote control. I set the bass blast sound mode and HDMI audio output (ARC) with the LG TV remote control. The TV box and soundbar communicate with each other and the TV via HDMI cable with the current standard. Another major difference in sound is whether the film on the supplied soundtrack only delivers a classic stereo signal or the entire DOLBY spectrum. Without DOLBY, the soundbar cannot deliver its full potential and only plays 2.1.

For "normal" TV I have set the Orchestra standard and on the TV isf expert bright surfaces When streaming mostly cinema settings There are certainly better but I think price performance is quite okay
But I find the quality very good, I can't complain
