Problems with the Roborock S8's Wi-Fi connection I am contacting you today to share my experience with my recently purchased Roborock S8. First of all, I would like to emphasise that I am extremely satisfied with the robot's vacuuming performance. The performance meets my expectations and has made my household much easier. Unfortunately, however, I am experiencing difficulties with the device's Wi-Fi connection and am hoping for your support to solve the problem. Despite several attempts, I have been unable to successfully connect the Roborock S8 to my Wi-Fi network. To be on the safe side, I made sure that I was using the 2.4 GHz network and following the recommendations, I made sure that my Wi-Fi name did not contain any special characters. To make sure that this is not the problem, I even renamed the name of my Wi-Fi network, unfortunately without success. The connection remains impossible. As I am confident in the efficiency and performance of the robot, I very much hope that you can provide me with advice or instructions on how to successfully connect Roborock S8 to my Wi-Fi network. It would be extremely helpful if you could provide me with troubleshooting steps or tips so that I can utilise the full potential of my robot vacuum. Thank you in advance for your support.
